Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role in HR operations.
- 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, process improvement, and cross-functional solution delivery.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR service delivery, supplier performance management, and scaling operations using data-driven insights.
- Ability to resolve complex escalations and design/implement HR tools and systems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive standardization across global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on enhancing the end-user experience.
About the job
As a Googler Experience Operations (GXO) Specialist, you will drive operational accuracy and scalability for critical service lines within scaled operations management. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service delivery, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and executing on program initiatives that directly impact the Googler experience. By troubleshooting system infrastructures and standardizing workflows across regions, you will ensure our internal processes remain efficient and data-driven. You will be bridging service gaps and maintaining the operational health of our global people programs through expert execution and cross-functional collaboration.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end operational excellence for US service lines, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), accuracy goals, and process timelines through continuous improvement.
- Lead the execution of GXO initiatives and program changes, including managing extended workforce activities and implementing new process scopes.
- Act as the primary liaison between GXO and stakeholder teams to intake, standardize, and scale workflows across global regions.
- Serve as a systems expert to troubleshoot day-to-day issues and consult with partners on infrastructure changes to support service areas.
- Partner with People Experience Excellence (PXE) and regional teams to provide feedback on the user experience, balancing high-quality support with maximum operational efficiency.
