Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • 5 years experience working in early stage technology companies or the startup ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally, and with executives.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with accelerators or incubators.
  • Experience with startups and the startup ecosystem.
  • Ability to create compelling Return on Investment (ROI) value propositions.
  • Ability to form working relationships across technical and business functions in multiple companies.

As the Accelerator and Incubator (A&I) Engagement Manager, you will develop and manage relationships for Google Cloud in strategic accelerators, incubators, and other startup enabling organizations (collectively A&I organizations) across EMEA, with a primary focus on Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. You will be required to be a responsive partner to A&I organizations, be knowledgeable about accelerator and incubator operations and have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem.

You will be responsible for implementing programs, managing adoption of offers and facilitating educational initiatives with the operating teams of the set of prioritized accelerators and incubators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Google Cloud’s Accelerator and Incubator engagement efforts within your region.
  • Serve as the POC for the A&I organizations in your region.
  • Engage the assigned portfolio of Accelerators and Incubators to drive pipeline and business growth opportunities for Google Cloud.
  • Partner with cross function Google Cloud teams including sales, strategy and operations, customer engineering, marketing and cross-Google teams, to execute on the program. Own program performance tracking and reporting for your region.
