- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for critical areas of our manufacturing ecosystem, aligning development efforts with market needs and company goals.
- Requirement & PRD Definition: Partner with Engineering and Design to transform obscure manufacturing processes into intuitive, technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Your background in SWE must inform your feature definition to prevent unbuildable specs.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate extensive collaboration between Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure product alignment from ideation to post-launch feedback.
- Market & Data Analysis: Leverage quantitative user data and competitive landscape analysis to inform decisions, validate product hypothesis, and create compelling initiatives.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
- Technical Foundation: Professional experience as a Software Engineer prior to your product management career (essential for understanding our platform's capabilities).
- Product Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally within a startup or B2B enterprise environment.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record working directly with manufacturers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain planners, or factory operators.
- Technical Fluency: Comfort reading code (for logic understanding) and a strong grasp of APIs, data modeling, and web service patterns.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate strategic initiatives and complex technical constraints to both technical teams and non-technical customers.
- Customer-Centricity: A passionate, proven ability to deeply understand and validate customer problems before jumping to solutions.
- Manufacturing Stack: Extensive experience with ERP, MES, PLM, or similar factory-floor software.
- Health Insurance (medical, vision, dental, life).
- Paid Parental Leave and Flexible PTO.
- Employee Stock Option Plan and 401K.
- Team outings, shared lunches, and open office.
