We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across all departments. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in using advanced recruitment tools such as Ashby and have a strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and KPIs.

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at First Resonance will partner closely with hiring managers to fill key roles across all areas of the company. This person will also lead employer branding initiatives to cultivate a local talent community that is engaged in and excited about what we are building at First Resonance.

This role is based in Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Utilize Advanced Recruitment Tools: Leverage tools like Ashby to streamline the recruitment process, enhance candidate sourcing, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.

  • Track and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience to continuously improve recruitment efforts.

  • Collaborate with Department Leaders: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • Enhance Employer Branding: Promote the company's values and culture to attract high-quality candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Lead the Recruitment Function: Build the Talent Acquisition function internally; coordinate and manage external recruiters as needed.

  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of filling roles across functions such as R&D, Sales, Customer Sucdess. B2B SaaS experience preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Greenhouse, Ashby.

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, including dashboards and reporting

  • Fluency in B2B SaaS TA metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, Candidate Experience, Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, etc

  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
