SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst II to synthesize our ERP software application with the business needs. You will have the opportunity to work with nearly all departments across the company to capture their business practices and ensure our software is aligned with their needs. This role is critical in optimizing our ERP system to support the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with departments to gather data and technical requirements, prioritize software development work with our Engineering Applications development team, and communicate changes to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the project and associated requirements from the planning to post go-live, ensuring the accomplishment of desired scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule development, including feature and enhancement requests and configuration changes, to ensure ERP systems align with business needs.
  • Analyze current business processes and operational workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and document production workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation efforts.
  • Develop training materials and provide end-user training.
  • Develop user manuals, process documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Offer ongoing support for ERP system users.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required by organizational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, with relevant work experience in software products
  • 2-4 years business analysis, business process reengineering and solutions implementation experience.
  • High familiarity with ERP software methodology, including system configuration and integration.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, testing (UAT), and business user training.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong Atlassian product experience using Agile methodologies such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.
  • Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects in fast- paced dynamic environment.

Desired

  • 3+ years’ experience in ERP’s development and implementation, specifically Odoo, NetSuite, Oracle or similar modular.
  • Professional experience in Aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Data loader, SQL Developer, and TOAD.
  • Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
  • Works well on a collaborative and multidisciplinary team.
  • Unafraid to speak up and ask questions and capable of formulating solutions or recommendations.
  • Recognizes the importance / gravity of project timeline and milestones.
  • Willingness to learn and operate under non-standard procedures, as necessary.
