We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our summer internship program for 8 weeks onsite in Austin, Texas. As an intern with us, you will gain hands-on experience while working alongside your dedicated mentor and building connections with various other team members.
Favor’s Lifecycle Marketing team is looking for an intern to support revamping Favor’s customer flow and communications. This internship would allow you to jump in to support the team in mapping Favor’s current customer journey (from someone signing up for Favor to a customer who has been with us for years) to determine what areas our company may have opportunities to layer in communications to our customers that hit them at the right time with relevant messaging.

What You'll Do
- Map out the current customer journey in Miro (what communications are customers receiving at different points in their lifecycle) - creating views that are tailored for different internal groups
- Identify 1 - 2 areas of the customer journey where an improved or net new customer communication could be added that would significantly improve the customer experience and help drive retention
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers and Director to bring these ideas to life from start to finish (strategy, creative briefing, operations briefing, QA testing, identifying kpis, and measuring performance)
- Assist with day to day operations of the team
