As part of Favor’s Creative Team you’ll collaborate with various teams across Favor to create impactful content for our audiences. The role of Senior Photographer is to create high quality photo/video assets, from ideation to execution, that help the team achieve both our team and company goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong photo/video fundamentals and based on previous industry knowledge can level up the team and brand and produce creative that moves the needle on our goals and KPIs.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the Creative team to develop and execute meaningful and effective marketing campaigns telling authentic visual stories that resonate with our customers, Runners, and merchant partners.
- Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all photographic content, ensuring consistency and excellence in all images produced
- Support a high volume of creative needs from various stakeholders across the company
- Partner with the Marketing team to ensure the creative you’re producing is achieving our team goals and KPIs.
- Create and own our “Screen-licking Good Food” photography style.
- Collaborate with our Social Media Team to produce authentic, eye-catching campaigns that drive results.
- Collaborate with internal Producer and assist with managing various contract photographers and videographers to produce content while maintaining brand standards.
- Own, organize and maintain our photo, content and asset library, conducting regular audits of the photo, content and asset library to ensure all assets are in good standing and remove expired assets from use
- Create both short- and long-form videos for cross-functional marketing campaigns
Skills You Have:
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
- 5+ years of agency or in-house photography or videography experience.
- A strong portfolio that shows extensive knowledge and experience in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of photography and videography, including color, field, and studio lighting.
- Demonstrated experience creating content for performance-based marketing utilizing a strong understanding of the fundamentals and ethics of marketing.
- Extremely proficient in post-production editing, including use of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Prior Digital.
- Knowledgeable in motion graphics and compositing, including use of Adobe AfterEffects and Photoshop. .
- Proven experience developing photo and video content for social media campaigns inclusive of basic audio manipulation and mixing, including use of microphones and other audio equipment.
- Experience managing and working with other photographers and videographers.
- Experienced in asset management, and a desire to keep things organized and running smoothly.

- Ability to incorporate art and copy direction into your work and welcome constructive feedback from collaborators.
- Able to create within brand guidelines while also pushing the boundaries.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a face-paced creative environment.
