As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Favor, you’ll be a part of a dynamic team responsible for driving customer and Runner (that’s what we call Favor delivery drivers) communications through various channels, including email, push, in-app messages, and SMS. We are the operational engine behind these communications, ensuring they are effectively executed and reach their intended audiences. This role fits into our fast-paced team as the technical backbone, using a blend of marketing knowledge and technical skills to bring our customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and prioritize complex marketing initiatives, including timely and strategic handling of customer, Runner, restaurant and store partners, and product updates
  • Develop and implement restaurant and store communication initiatives, particularly related to email channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, effective, and aligned communication that supports overarching business goals and enhances restaurant and store relationships, while demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics
  • Promote the enhancement, streamlining, and implementation of innovative processes to support the CRM and Creative teams
  • Act as a vital liaison, cultivating collaboration and providing critical insights to evaluate and optimize the strategy and creative components of campaigns
  • Ensure the integration of analytical tools and methodologies to assess performance, drive continuous improvement, and align with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to execute campaign requirements, ensure accurate audience targeting, and craft comprehensive communication via email, push, in-app, and SMS channels
  • Work with Growth Operations and CRM teams to build weekly Runner incentive campaigns and associated communications
  • Support lifecycle operations, refreshing and building based on designs provided by specialists
  • Respond to customer and Runner support inquiries by analyzing situations and providing resolutions according to department service-level agreement (SLA) guidelines

Skills You Have:

  • 1+ years of marketing experience
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field, marketing, or a combination of both (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education)
  • Familiarity or experience with coding languages such as HTML or Liquid (or similar languages used for dynamic content within communications)
  • An understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong problem-solving skills in a high-production environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality assurance processes
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a growing and evolving role

Life at Favor
Where you'll work: This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the team member’s location. If you live in Austin, Texas, we ask that you work from home roughly three days per week and work at our HQ for the remaining work days. If you live outside of Austin, you will primarily work from home, with the opportunity to travel to Austin for company-wide events.
