When things don’t go according to plan, we step in to ensure our customers, Runners (that’s what we call our delivery drivers), and local businesses receive a personalized, fast, and easy path to resolution.
As a Fleet Support Specialist, you are entrusted to take inquiries from our partners and provide last-mile support to ensure deliveries are accurate and on time. You’ll provide world-class support, empathy, and a personal touch with every interaction. If you’re quick on your feet and have exceptional people skills, we want you on the team.
What you'll do:
- Delight those you interact with, particularly in difficult situations
- Provide omnichannel support (over phone, SMS, and chat), finding creative solutions to real-time challenges
- Multitask while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Handle issues while adapting to pressure and time constraints
- Triage issues and escalate them to the correct department
- Take ownership of issues and see them through
- Advocate for Runners and partners by improving every part of the Favor experience
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and outcomes
Skills you have:
- A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, and/or work experienc
- Ability to work weekends, occasional holidays, and outside of the standard 9 a.m.–5 p.m. business hours
- For remote positions, a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet of at least 10 (but preferably 25) Mbp
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort communicating via phone and chat with both internal and external customers
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a time-sensitive environment
- Familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Experience running Favors is a plus
