The Strava B2B2C team works with industry partners to help motivate athletes to achieve their personal best. Through integrated in-app experiences developed in collaboration with industry partners, athletes are challenged to achieve goals and connect with their community -- and are rewarded for their progress. As the Product Analyst supporting the B2B2C team you will develop insights, create visibility for key business metrics, and drive decisions with data. The successful candidate will have curiosity, a passion for data, and a desire to impact both the athlete and partner experience. This position is on our Analytics team.
This is a hybrid role based in our Denver office.

You're excited about this role because you will:
- Be the voice of the athlete through the lens of Community Management data, detecting trends in support channels such as forums and help requests and connecting those trends with product changes and business outcomes.
- Identify levers in our athlete feedback that will help us understand how to move key engagement and revenue metrics and identify other future strategic opportunities.
- Own critical reporting and exploratory dashboards and build the “source of truth” for various internal consumers, including the entire company and the senior leadership team.
- Support the optimization of our support ticket pipeline by both recommending proactive data tagging practices for tracking key trends and sizing opportunities to help prioritize the team’s resources.
- Collaborate with the rest of the data organization at Strava (Machine Learning, Data Platform, etc) to collectively improve our technological craftsmanship.
We're excited about you because:
- You have 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative domains, preferably in consumer-facing tech and/or a customer support environment.
- You are a clear communicator with an orientation towards impact, and you are comfortable working both multi-functionally and independently.
- You have a deep understanding of data pipeline concepts (e.g. ETL, scripting common analysis workflows).
- You are highly proficient with SQL and have experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau).
- You have hands-on experience working with statistical programming languages (e.g. R, Python) for data wrangling and modeling.
- You are comfortable managing concurrent projects and meeting goals, even in the context of competing deadlines or priorities.
