We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation, and government sectors.
We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically significant $96M Series B round in July of 2025.
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic VP of Finance to lead and fully own the company’s global financial operations.
Job description
Core Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the company’s global financial strategy, execution, and governance
- Lead all financial functions: accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax, payroll, compliance, and audits.
- Ensure full U.S. GAAP compliance and manage auditors, tax advisors, and financial consultants in Israel and the U.S.
- Manage and scale a global finance team across Israel and the United States
- Lead the financial planning and budget control of hardware production and physical infrastructure projects
- Monitor project profitability, cost structures, margin analysis, and capital expenditures (CapEx)
- Build financial models to support manufacturing, field operations, installations, and long-term projects
- Support pricing, unit economics, and strategic growth decisions
- Own cash flow management and working capital in a production- and project-based environment
- Lead investor reporting, board presentations, and fundraising financial processes
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Business teams to ensure strong financial controls and business performance.
- Build and maintain internal controls, financial risk management, and scalable finance processes.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) -mandatory.
- At least 5 years of senior finance experience in startups, preferably in growth and scale stages
- Demonstrated experience overseeing budgets and financial operations for hardware production and other physical projects
- Experience working with governmental entities or large enterprise customers - a strong advantage
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial operations for hardware production and physical projects - mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with U.S. GAAP and financial management of U.S. operations
- Proven experience managing teams in both Israel and the U.S.
- Proven experience supporting M&A processes, including financial due diligence and integration.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-based tools and automations in financial operations, reporting, and FP&A processes – an advantage.
- Deep expertise in:
- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning
- Cash flow, CapEx, and working capital management
- Audits, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
- High level of ownership, leadership, and ability to operate independently at the executive level
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory
