Job description

Exodigo Inc. is seeking a meticulous and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing a range of bookkeeping tasks to support our finance department, including payroll management. This role will be performed remotely and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial / accounting aspects of the US operations.
Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution and compliance.
Communicate effectively with the global finance team and the business & operations departments.
Prepare statutory tax reporting, sales tax and other tax relates aspects.
preparation of financial statements and reports.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
