Exodigo is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead our global corporate IT department during a period of rapid expansion. This pivotal role will oversee IT infrastructure, helpdesk services, and software solutions, driving innovation and supporting our business and sales teams.
Job description
Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor the Helpdesk, Systems Engineers. Oversee team lead development and ensure a collaborative and innovative team culture aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage relationships and contracts with external consultants, service providers, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and manage the IT and DevOps budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
IT Infrastructure
Design, maintain, and secure a scalable network infrastructure. Manage IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and support for our global workforce. Establish and maintain IT procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
Software Solutions
Facilitate the architecture and implementation of software solutions to support business and sales teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead in the integration of new enterprise systems from the inception phase to full implementation and integration into existing systems. Participate in business initiative development and integrations efforts.

IT Security
Collaborate with the CISO to manage office security, including access control, alarm systems, and surveillance. Coordinate with emergency response units to ensure safety.
Global Service Management
Provide 24/7 helpdesk support to our global team, ensuring efficient and effective IT services.
Requirements
We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, IT operations, enterprise systems integration, and office security.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Atlassian product family.
- Experience managing office IT infrastructure, including Fortigate FW, Fortinet Access points, switches, and access control.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex IT issues.
- Proven track record in IT procurement, including software license procurement and vendor management.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct software comparisons and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Strong proficiency in AWS and familiarity with Azure cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
