Who You Are:

You will be part of the supply chain organization and the customers relation team for 2 years. You want to make a real difference in the world by joining us on our mission to be the most trusted partner for GEO-LEO global satellite connectivity, finally bridging the digital divide.

What You’ll Do:

• Orders monitoring: In direct touch with supply chain partners and logistics contacts from customers to coordinate preparation, shipments and deliveries.
• Service level monitoring based on KPI (time to prepare/ time to deliver / claims)
• Costs measurement
• Usage of internal portal to manage the orders requests.
• Suggestion for improvement (process/time/cost/quality)

What it Takes:

• Supply Chain training (bachelor’s degree minimum): Good knowledge (even if theorical only) about supply chain environment.
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills & detail oriented.
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility and taste for challenges
• English written and spoken.

What We’d Love:

• 1st experience/intern in a supply chain environment is appreciated.
• Dedicated Introduction sessions, specific internal training and ad hoc follow up meetings will be set up to let you have a good knowledge about your environment and missions.

• You will be based at the Issy-Les-Moulineaux site, a stimulating, modern, intercultural location at the heart of France's telecoms industry, and close to transport links!
