Your impact:

Having a constant focus on Microsoft technologies On premise & On Cloud, Automation, new technologies, you will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems. You will serve as a technical expert around Microsoft systems & technologies administration for complex operating enterprise architecture. You will recommend the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications. You will investigate and analyze feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. You will identify methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department. Performs support to corporate teams.

Your missions:

• Managing the day-to-day operations for corporate environment by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair

• Performing troubleshooting as required, working with vendors and providers to assist support activities.

• Being the main interlocutor for IT corporate projects and be a source of proposals to improve and develop the platforms

• Developing and implementing new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability

• Supporting security team to protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.

• Developing procedures, programs, and documentation for all corporate perimeters (O365, Identity management, applications, …)

• Guaranteeing the proper functioning and technical optimization of the facilities, with production start-up plans and business continuity plan and the follow-up of operational planning

• Being responsible for commissioning, decommissioning, production, monitoring

Requirements :

• You are graduted in a Master Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• You have more than 7 years of work experience in complex systems design, deploy and operation support

• You are mastering in Microsoft technologies for Identity Management on Premise & On Cloud : Active Directory/ Azure Active Directory / AD Connect / AD FS / AD CS / Microsoft Identity Management MIM / Windows Clustering Services

• You have good Knowledge on O365 tenant Global Administration & Licenses management : SSO : SAML / Oauth / Security & Conditional Access

• You have a proven experience with system configuration management & automation for Patch management & security / Scripting & Automation : PowerShell scripting / Python or others , Windows deployment tools for mastering desktops & servers, PowerBI, PKI et HSM

• You are fluent in english

• Nice to have: Knowledge of the Security concepts: Cybersuite, Hash, Certificate, Certificate Authority, DNSSEC, Authentication vs Authorization, DDOS, MITM, Breach, Exploit, IDS, IPS
