What is the role?

As our Junior Multimedia Designer, you will partner with our Senior Multimedia Designer to bring EnduroSat’s visual identity to life across every channel where customers, partners, and colleagues engage with our company. You will create clean, human-centric, minimalist visuals that amplify our narrative and accelerate our business goals. You’ll work across communications, brand, product storytelling, customer materials, events, internal comms, and large-scale multimedia systems across our global offices and our new 17,500 m² Space Center. From podcast episodes and motion design for massive events to finely crafting satellite catalogues, photographing space tech and employee portraits—you will play an active role in building the audiovisual universe of EnduroSat.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow fast, wear many hats, and become a formidable all-round designer with deep craftsmanship and the ability to deliver quickly and above expectations.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

Visuals development support

• Design and update visuals for our website, social media and media publications
• Create visual assets for events, PR announcements, customer visits, product releases, and internal events
• Build clean, narrative-driven presentation materials using internal PPT systems and templates
• Produce high-quality visualizations for internal communication platforms and screens
• Prepare visual materials for case studies, customer success stories, co-marketing assets, and event documentation
  
  

Media production

• Assist with pre-production, production, and post-production of video content for podcasts, screen media, and promotional materials
• Lead and support production of print materials, merchandise, and other physical branded materials
• Produce and support production of photography and video assets ranging from events to product photography and video
  
  

Systems, processes, and efficiency

• Maintain and develop scalable design systems and templates
• Organize assets and prepare multi-format outputs for use across departments
• Use AI tools to accelerate quality, ideation, and production
• Help improve visual libraries, naming standards, and content organization
  
  

What do we look for?

• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Around 2 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design (internships, freelance, or strong portfolio)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience designing for a variety of formats: presentations, web, print, video, digital campaigns
• Robust work ethic & an ability to work quickly without compromising quality, balancing speed and precision
• Strong eye for typography, layout, rhythm, and visual clarity
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Advantage: experience with 2D/3D motion tools (After Effects / Blender / Cinema 4D)
• Interest and/or experience in AI-assisted design workflows
• Portfolio required showcasing relevant work across multiple formats
