What is the role?
The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR functions, providing support to employees and managers across various departments. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in US.
- Work closely with the Global People and Culture team, making sure all HR processes are aligned between the different sites.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and ethical work environment and align on the global company culture
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Prepare offer letters and manage new hire paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, pension, etc.) and assist employees with related inquiries.
- Support payroll processes by providing accurate employee data and changes.
- Assist in annual compensation review cycles.
- Support the performance review process, including tracking deadlines and assisting managers with goal setting and feedback.
- Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork.
What do we look for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with HiBob, Workday, BambooHR is a plus)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and current labor laws in US

Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 per year. The state of Colorado requires listing salary details. The salary will likely be within this range although it may differ based on experience level or other factors.
