EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Technician in our Hughes Network Systems division to help support our testing and repair processes for industry-leading satellite and broadband products. As a Digital Technician, you’ll work with a talented team to ensure that our products are performing optimally and meeting rigorous quality standards. If you’re passionate about digital systems and troubleshooting advanced technology, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Test and troubleshoot digital circuits and systems within satellite and broadband technologies.
• Perform digital signal analysis and measurements using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other tools.
• Repair faulty digital components and systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex digital-related issues.
• Document testing results, prepare reports, and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Follow best practices for maintaining equipment and ensuring safe work procedures.

Basic Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Electronics, Digital Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with digital testing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Experience with digital circuit design and digital logic.
• Prior experience using digital testing tools such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with satellite and broadband digital systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of embedded systems or firmware.
• Experience with satellite communication systems and broadband technologies.
• Familiarity with network testing protocols and standards.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
