Job Overview:

This position is responsible for executing daily retail tasks and activities to ensure retail operations are consistent with company goals and objectives. Daily tasks include managing the POS system, restocking shelves, promoting sales and loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and organized. They will ensure customer satisfaction by staying knowledgeable about products and working with colleagues to provide excellent service. Additionally, they may also support the fulfillment warehouse if needed.

Capability Expectations:

You will be expected to continuously develop your skills and expand your capabilities as you progress in your role. The schedule below outlines how your responsibilities and growth will evolve based on the total tenure.

Total Tenure: 6+ months (Budtender)

• Inventory organization, merchandise, and stock products
• Fully trained in cash handling and POS system
• Provide customer service

Job Experience: delivery, fulfillment, retail, customer service or hospitality industry experience.

Total Tenure: 12+ months (Lead)

• Manager on Duty responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures
• Fully trained in inventory management, including system adjustments and receiving product
• Ability to train new associates

Job experience: Prior Eaze experience considered, 1+ years experience in delivery, depot, retail, customer service or hospitality industry

Total Tenure: 24-36+ months (ASM)

• Identify and escalate corrective actions and performance issues to the Manager
• Monitoring and responding to retail communication channels and support tickets
• Fully trained on the backend of the POS and Inventory management systems
• Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines are followed

Job experience: Prior Eaze experience considered, 2+ years experience managing a team, proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite

Other Requirements:

• Must be age 21 to work in a dispensary per state law
• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment
• Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability: we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, evening and weekend hours as needed by the business.

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily
• Ability to place and arrange products on all shelves and racks daily
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying products daily
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds infrequently
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store daily
• Ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily
• Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer daily
• Exposure to indoor climate control measures

Rate

• $16.00hr to $22.00hr based on location and prior experience
