As our Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and inspire a growing team, including two specialists and a warehouse manager, to elevate supply chain operations to the next level. Your mission is to shape and execute a cohesive strategy that ensures the right parts are in the right place, at the right time — with efficiency, accuracy, and minimal waste.

You will take ownership of inventory management across all markets, guide the development and optimization of our supply planning processes, and be a key voice in cross-functional collaboration. By combining a strategic mindset with hands-on execution, you’ll be instrumental in building a resilient, data-driven supply chain that supports our business growth and customer satisfaction.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and mentor a team of supply chain specialists and a warehouse manager, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture,
  • Shape the Supply Chain Roadmap: Define priorities, set objectives, and deliver initiatives that align with business goals, including service levels, cost optimization, and sustainability,
  • Inventory Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a company-wide inventory management strategy, balancing availability with lean inventory principles,
  • Master Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of supply chain master data, enabling sound decision-making and process automation,
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local market teams, procurement, finance, and commercial functions to ensure alignment and execution excellence,
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance tools, systems, and processes. Champion digitalization and automation within supply operations,
  • Reporting & Analysis: Leverage data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify risks, and make evidence-based decisions.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, including team leadership and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, inventory management, or logistics in a multi-market context.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successful cross-functional initiatives.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Language & Location

  • Fluent in English; Polish is a strong advantage.
  • 100% on site, based at our Warsaw warehouse near Ożarów Mazowiecki train station.
