About the Team

The Sales Enablement team, within Sales Strategy & Operations, drives productivity across DoorDash’s go-to-market organizations. We align to company-wide OKRs and deliver a 360-degree enablement strategy spanning process, product, skill development, GTM strategy, and tooling.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager of Sales Enablement, you’ll focus on execution and delivery of our enablement strategy. Working closely with the Enablement Manager and cross-functional partners, you’ll build and manage training programs, coordinate offsites, and support new hire onboarding.

You’ll play a critical role in making sure that sales reps — from Ads Sales Executives to Restaurant sellers — are trained, connected, and confident in driving business results.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Stay on the cutting edge of the ads industry to build a POV on positioning and competitive differentiation to drive enablement.
  • Execute on the Enterprise & Ads enablement strategy, delivering training, resources, and programs to the field.
  • Coordinate live connection opportunities, including workshops, and team training events.
  • Build and manage new hire onboarding programs, ensuring new sellers ramp quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver sales skills training in collaboration with leadership and external partners.
  • Manage the distribution of enablement content and tools to ensure sales teams are prepared for product launches and campaigns.
  • Collect feedback from reps and managers to identify gaps and refine enablement programs.
  • Track program participation and adoption to ensure initiatives are landing with the field.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, sales operations, or related GTM roles.
  • You have hands-on experience in building and delivering training programs, coordinating events, or managing onboarding programs.
  • You’re passionate about developing sales skills and helping reps succeed through structured programs and resources.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You’re a strong facilitator and communicator, comfortable leading workshops and live training sessions.
  • You’re a natural collaborator who can partner across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute programs effectively.
  • You’re curious and data-driven, seeking feedback and tracking results to improve enablement efforts.
  • You’re eager to grow into a strategic enablement leader, learning how execution connects to overall business strategy.

We expect this position to be filled by 11/14/25.
