Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Product Manager, you will be accountable for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. You will help define and drive the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment between enterprise business objectives and technical delivery to maximize value and AI-driven automation.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Establish and execute a comprehensive platform vision and roadmap that aligns enterprise objectives with technical capabilities to maximize business value and automation.
Translate intricate business needs into prioritized user stories, grooming the product backlog to ensure seamless, high-velocity sprint cycles.
Spearhead the integration of emerging AI and hyper-automation capabilities, such as Now Assist and automated workflows, to dramatically improve process efficiency.
Govern the platform effectively by championing out-of-the-box features and maintaining long-term architectural integrity in collaboration with technical leaders.
Define, track, and optimize platform Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate tangible returns on investment and overall platform health.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide platform strategy and governance in a dedicated ServiceNow Product Owner or platform leadership role.
Deep functional expertise across core modules including ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD to drive architectural and process alignment.
AI literacy and application skills, specifically leveraging advanced features like Now Assist and ServiceNow AI to automate complex processes.
Advanced proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira to lead planning, grooming, and technical execution.
Elite stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities to translate high-level business strategy into technical requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in ServiceNow product ownership or platform leadership.

Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, ITOM, and SPM)
Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira
Enterprise-level stakeholder alignment and technical backlog management

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
