Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.

You will tackle the challenge of bridging complex technology and commercial growth for EchoStar’s Enterprise and Hospitality sectors. By analyzing market trends and internal data, you will identify products that meet the needs of new markets while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of critical roadmap requirements. Your mission is to scale revenue and subscriber growth by championing best-in-class services for our commercial partners.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • In your first 90 days, you will take full ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) iteration process to ensure seamless product launches across all commercial sectors

  • Drive business performance by monitoring key metrics like subscriber growth and product stability, proactively identifying and correcting risks to maintain operational health

  • Establish a clear, data-driven roadmap by synthesizing competitive trends and market research into actionable insights for the Commercial organization

  • Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, IT, and Sales to execute end-to-end program launches that meet strict commercial deadlines

  • Partner with executive leadership to present high-impact business cases for new features, products, and growth opportunities

  • Leverage AI-driven data analysis tools to predict market shifts and optimize the product development lifecycle for faster time-to-market


Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Demonstrate a high degree of technical and business acumen, allowing you to translate complex technology concepts into simple, customer-focused solutions

  • Navigate ambiguity with exceptional analytical skills, breaking down complex problems into manageable execution steps focused on the most critical customer needs

  • Champion roadmap strategy and definition through your deep understanding of end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management

  • Collaborate effectively across internal departments and external vendor teams, influencing without direct authority to ensure roadmap requirements are met

  • Maintain an extreme curiosity and appetite for learning, adapting your workflow quickly to a rapidly changing and urgent environment

  • Exhibit strong AI literacy by utilizing generative tools and data models to streamline documentation, research, and competitive landscape analysis

Additional Qualifications:

Successful candidates will typically have knowledge of multiple functional areas such as UX/UI, Finance, or Marketing. Experience working with P&L data to drive business line growth is highly preferred, as is a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, etc.)
  • Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with:
    • End-to-end product roadmap strategy and definition

    • Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technical products

    • Analyzing P&L or business performance data to identify risks

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
