Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Operations Program Manager to join the Video Services Acquisition Media team in Denver, Colorado. This role is central to managing creative strategy, execution, and operational excellence for paid media campaigns across Sling TV and DISH TV.

The Acquisition Media team manages paid media and relationships across diverse channels, including TV, OTT, social media, programmatic display, audio, OOH, and affiliate platforms. You will work cross-functionally with internal groups (Brand, GTM, Strategy, Marketing Analytics, MarTech) and external agencies to ensure seamless creative production, ad trafficking, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end paid media creative ecosystem, establishing and managing the overarching creative operations strategy for all paid media and partner placements—from creative direction, capabilities, tagging, and ad serving, through to performance measurement and optimization, ensuring creative is best-in-class
  • Act as the central liaison, collaborating with Brand, GTM, Strategy, Analytics teams, and external agencies, among others, to communicate creative performance, maximize campaign efficiency, and provide strategic direction for future initiatives
  • Identify, onboard, and manage all external creative partners, technology platforms, and agencies (including creative agencies, ad serving platforms, and DCO/interactive ad partners) to ensure best-in-class creative execution, robust measurement capabilities, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee all creative ad trafficking, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to partner specifications, quality control, and alignment with key messaging and organizational KPIs
  • Ensure creative assets and corresponding calls-to-action accurately drive users to the appropriate landing page or app store location, guaranteeing an optimal customer journey and maximizing conversion
  • Manage and ensure accurate creative measurement with external partners, including proper ad tag implementation, pixel creation and placement on landing pages, and attribution window setup
  • Develop and manage the A/B testing schedule and reporting cadence, analyzing campaign performance data to drive continuous creative optimization and target audience refinement
  • Implement and oversee advanced dynamic creative optimization (DCO) capabilities, leveraging AI and data-driven personalization to ensure the most relevant ad content is delivered on every impression for maximum efficiency and ROMI
  • Create data-informed content briefs based on stakeholder input and performance metrics to ensure creative delivery achieves the highest Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) per channel
  • Consolidate and present campaign results and ROIs to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain deep expertise in Sling TV and DISH TV programming to advise the team on high-impact content promotion within creative assets

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in a Creative Operations or Creative Marketing Operations role
  • Experience with ad serving platforms, Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) platforms, media platforms, and key marketing analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Flashtalking/Innovid, Kochava)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
  • A data-driven creative thinker capable of analyzing performance metrics to generate actionable ideas for asset and messaging improvements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional and external partner management
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage market and competitive research to inform compelling campaign and creative strategies
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, prioritize actions, and drive measurable results with urgency

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
