Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

You will solve the challenge of aligning technical development with high-level business value by leading a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment. As a Senior Product Owner, you bridge the gap between long-term roadmaps and day-to-day execution, ensuring that APIs, data systems, and complex network dependencies are prioritized to meet evolving customer needs. Your mission is to drive team velocity and ensure that every delivered feature meets rigorous business and technical standards.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Influence cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with strategic business requirements and provide measurable operational value.

  • Translate the long-term product vision into a prioritized backlog of detailed user stories, technical requirements, and clear acceptance criteria.

  • Analyze complex system interdependencies across APIs, data services, and networking infrastructure to ensure cohesive and resilient product development.

  • Drive performance and delivery forecasting by leveraging Agile metrics, including velocity, capacity, and iteration retrospectives.

  • Coordinate with specialized IT teams, such as Security, Data Architecture, and Compliance, to perform comprehensive impact analysis for all new requirements.

  • Execute thorough acceptance testing and coordinate production deployments to ensure that new features meet all functional and security standards.

  • Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to streamline the creation of user stories and automate the generation of technical documentation.


Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)

  • Professional proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies, with the ability to facilitate high-stakes iteration planning and grooming sessions.

  • Advanced technical acumen in APIs, system dependencies, and relational database management systems such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Oracle.

  • Strategic analytical skills for performing technical and functional impact analysis on complex system requirements and security protocols.

  • Expert-level facilitation and organizational skills used to manage cross-functional resources and align stakeholders in a distributed environment.

  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting complex IT networking and data engineering processes to resolve production support issues.

  • AI Innovation mindset, applying emerging AI tools to enhance requirement elicitation, data-driven prioritization, and product personalization.

  • Critical Experience leading the full lifecycle of complex IT products within high-pressure environments, from requirement discovery to controlled implementation.

Additional Qualifications

  • Expertise in Jira and ServiceNow for backlog management and operational tracking.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance).

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, or an equivalent technical leadership role.

  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies (Scrum/Lean).

  • Technical proficiency in SQL and relational database management.

  • Familiarity with APIs and programming logic (Java or JavaScript is a plus).

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
