Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Product Manager II, Innovation to lead the discovery, definition, and validation of AI-powered experiences across our digital sales channels. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience—shaping long-term initiatives while validating opportunities that expand market share and operational efficiency. As a Product Manager II, you will play a critical role in moving core business metrics through innovative technology and AI.

This role accelerates our ability to turn AI innovation into measurable outcomes while ensuring long-term strategic investments are validated, scalable, and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities across eCommerce and digital sales, including personalization, recommendations, guided selling, intelligent checkout, and support automation

  • Translate long-term strategic priorities into clear product hypotheses, MVP definitions, and structured learning roadmaps to validate value quickly

  • Partner with Design, Engineering, AI Office, and Business stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle for early-stage innovation initiatives—from discovery and requirements through prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery

  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess AI performance, customer outcomes, and overall business impact, synthesizing competing metrics into actionable recommendations

  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, responsible, and aligned with enterprise platform, data, and governance standards while clearly communicating vision, progress, and insights to leadership and cross-functional partners


Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree; ideally (but not required) related to product management or design
    3–5+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to ecommerce, digital sales, or growth products

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience building and launching AI/ML-powered features in production eCommerce environments, including personalization, NLP, recommendations, and decisioning systems

  • Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in defining KPIs, designing experiments (A/B and multivariate testing), and translating insights into product decisions

  • Proven ability to lead 0→1 or early-stage initiatives, operating effectively in ambiguity while driving structured discovery and measurable outcomes

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with high EQ and the ability to navigate tension to achieve strong business results

  • Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, privacy considerations, model limitations, and alignment with platform or systems-level product architectures

  • Demonstrated curiosity and rapid learning agility, with consistent use of modern generative AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation, paired with an interest in product design and emerging AI market trends


Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
