The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry’s best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current work processes and system applications utilized by various departments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Design, develop, and implement coherent and concise online training courses, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, comprehensive lesson plans, and user support documentation that enhance user skill and business capability
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and end-users throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to post-evaluation and iteration
  • Provide responsive and effective end-user support and consultation as necessary
  • Offer instructional design strategy, consultation, and guidance to internal partners and peers

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Education, or a similar field
  • Equivalent professional work experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field
  • A demonstrated desire to learn an exciting new set of skills in a career focused on teaching others and enabling excellence
  • The proven ability to effectively interact, influence, and collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Practical Experience (Familiarity or proficiency with the following is preferred):
    • Designing and developing learning for online and mobile delivery platforms
    • Developer applications such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, InDesign, or Adobe Creative Suite (Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, or Google Office Suite is essential)
    • Video production, editing, and integration into learning materials

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong talent for analyzing, organizing, and synthesizing complex information, and communicating that information clearly and effectively through verbal, written, visual, and media-based modalities
  • An ideal mix of decisiveness (the ability to drive projects forward) and adaptability (the agility to adjust strategies based on feedback and results)
  • Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple complex projects in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
