Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition team is integral to EchoStar's success as we supply the fuel for our continued growth and award-winning innovation. We are looking for an Executive Recruiter who will manage the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of senior-level executive roles. Reporting the Head of Executive Recruitment, this function will work closely with the talent acquisition management, HR leaders and C-level executives as we develop the strategy to position EchoStar for the future by attracting, identifying, and placing key executive roles in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute comprehensive search strategies using networking, direct headhunting, and advanced Boolean search tools to identify diverse, top-tier talent
  • Executive Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and cultural alignment
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial kickoff to complex offer negotiation, ensuring a "white-glove" candidate experience
  • Market Intelligence: Provide leaders with insights on talent trends, competitor mapping, and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring decisions
  • Talent Advising: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a representative slate for every leadership search

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7–10+ years of executive search experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house corporate recruiting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing complex executive offers involving equity, bonuses, and sophisticated compensation structures
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with high-level professionals
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge in LinkedIn, ATS and Google Suite

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $119,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
