EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support to the Aviation Division in all aspects of analysis and reporting, including project revenues and costs, departmental expenses, capital expenditures, and various Balance Sheet accounts
• Ensure the highest standards of accuracy in all financial models and reports, as precision plays a critical role in business decision-making
• Work cross-functionally to provide stakeholders with analysis of financial results and facilitate monthly updates to forecasts for various projects/programs
• Progressively take ownership of forecast process for programs, driving rigor, consistency, and timely delivery
• Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders to help drive actionable insights
• Collaborate with accounting team to validate financial data integrity, bridging the gap between financial reporting and forward-looking analysis

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Accounting role
• 3+ years of experience using Excel & Financial Modelling Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP & Hyperion
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail
• Adept at navigating changing business environments
• Forward-thinker who looks to enhance business and program economics

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
