Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, deploy and maintain scalable and high-performance front end applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop responsive frontend as well as backend API's using React.js, Java and Springboot.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of compelling user experiences.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Handle production issues
- Mentor junior team-members.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in React.js SpringBoot, Java , API development, AWS, microservice based architecture etc.
- Proficiency of working with CI/CD pipeline e.g. Harness, ArgoCd etc.
- Exposure to AI tools in Web Development is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
