Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst II who will analyze current and newly developed manufacturing processes and systems in the Distribution Center. They will develop detailed knowledge of applications and business processes across the Supply Chain and develop tools to aid better supply and resource planning at the Distribution Center. This person will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and drive improvements in the manufacturing, logistics and supply chain business process. This person will also develop dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators to drive data driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with Manufacturing and Distribution business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities in the Distribution Centers
- Create interactive dashboards to visualize and present data in an effective way
- Optimize inventory movement and usage in the Distribution Center through data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with IT partners to define requirements to improve business systems
- Create reporting for various KPIs through data generated by different applications used across the organization
- Maintain detailed knowledge and expertise of assigned business processes
- Analyze business operations to develop methods that will sustain, redesign and improve processes
- Manage the completion of difficult projects that are broad in nature by following general guidelines and using creativity and resourcefulness to meet established goals
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL is strongly preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to write reports/correspondence/procedure manuals, and present information and respond to questions from stakeholders or internal/ external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Well versed with technical documentation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plain and solid geometry
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
