Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role is for a highly experienced and strategic Product Manager who will define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our crucial Customer Care Application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with business and technology leaders for our customer Care Application
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from defining features and prioritizing initiatives to ensuring successful execution and delivery of customer Care Application
- Serve as a technical expert for backend platform growth and strategic IT capabilities
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Lead product backlog to balance business value, usability, and risk
- Create a comprehensive roadmap to coordinate the development efforts and ensure features are scheduled in appropriate order
- Create technical requirements for application level consumption
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, or business administration)
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst, preferably supporting internal or customer-facing Mobile and Web applications
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Amazon Cloud (AWS), APIs, database management, telecom ordering systems, and platform integrations
Deep understanding of customer care applications and their interdependencies, with working knowledge of solution architecture principles
Ability to decompose business requirements into technical user stories and translate product features into actionable implementation plans
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and product management skills with a high-energy, customer-focused mindset and ability to anticipate market trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including executive-level roadmap reviews and stakeholder presentations
Proficient in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Rally, CA Agile Central) with experience balancing strategic planning and tactical execution in fast-paced environments

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
