Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive agile technical deliverables by coordinating with key stakeholders, technical teams, and aligning on roadmap strategy.
Lead program scoping and intake processes to define, prioritize, and manage product features and delivery timelines.
Oversee project schedules, tracking dependencies and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Facilitate change management and continuously improve execution processes across initiatives.
Communicate initiative progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risk throughout the lifecycle.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, or computer science)
- 5 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing project delivery.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills across distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to balance current delivery with future planning amid shifting priorities.
Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership mindset in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Telecommunications experience preferred; ability to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
