Job Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to support a program focused on optimizing our high-volume frontline hiring funnel through multiple strategic projects. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and driving progress on key initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Frontline Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition, ensuring deliverables stay on track and meetings are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of multiple projects aimed at improving frontline hiring processes and outcomes
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition teams
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and proactively address roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule
  • Meeting & Schedule Management: Organize meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate follow-ups to drive accountability
  • Status Reporting: Provide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination across teams

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support or recruiting coordination

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management tools and familiarity with recruiting workflows is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
