Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal application used by agents for business workflows
- Manage application content to ensure it is current and relevant
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure application content is consistent across all lines of business
- Fulfill stakeholder requests to update workflow content or structure
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure workflows maintain a consistent style, provide a good agent experience, and are likely to achieve stated business goals
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve team processes and the application
- Analyze data to determine impact and forecast return on effort
- Manage projects with guidance from the manager
- Investigate agent feedback and resolve reported issues
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to facilitate meetings with partners, stakeholders, and leadership using strong communication skills
- Ability to empathize with agents and customers
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to embrace and adapt to change in order to move the team, department, and business forward
- Ability to gather information from and interact effectively with a wide range of business partners
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences
- Ability to prioritize work and manage projects independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
