Department Summary
Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and maintain accurate data in systems, ensuring records are current, compliant, and easily accessible.
Verify information with internal and external stakeholders, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Update accounts and maintain thorough logs of changes to support accurate records and reporting.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, facilitate discussions, and distribute clear communications to stakeholders and large groups.
Create presentations and visual materials to support information sharing and decision-making processes.
Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and support the development of systems, tools, and a national database for vendor onboarding, communication, performance management, and certifications.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree and two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in wireless build projects or telecommunications
- Experience with vendor relationship management
- Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, and reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms
- Proficiency or experience with NexysOne and Avetta
- Ability to create polished executive-level presentations for leadership
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
