Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager II will play a key role on the Field Operations team and supporting the SVP of Boost Retail Wireless National Retail Sales & Operations. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs and projects, driving operational efficiency, and providing high-level executive support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead medium to large-scale projects and programs supporting national retail sales and field operations initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, channel partnerships, business development, and finance to drive alignment and ensure program success
- Analyze program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency within the organization
- Support the organization with program strategy development, meeting preparation, and field communication plans
- Prepare executive-level presentations, business updates, and reports for senior leadership and stakeholder meetings
Executive Assistant Support (30% of role):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP, Boost Retail Wireless National Retail Sales & Operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling for the SVP
- Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, and leadership events, managing agendas, materials, and follow-up action

The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business. Ideal candidates possess the following:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 - 5 years of program/project management experience, preferably within wireless, or field operations environments
- Experience supporting executive leaders and handling administrative duties in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Be naturally curious and willing to seek out and learn new information
- Ability to interact and work cross-functionally with executive-level positions across the organization
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,203.00/Year - $118,910.00/Year
