Acting as the primary liaison between teams, you will drive execution of key initiatives, with a focus on system improvements, automation opportunities, and operational scalability. You'll play a central role in translating strategic goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will also provide project updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder management, and brings both structure and flexibility to complex, cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
    • Facilitate team meetings, gather feedback and approvals, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability. Provide support in supervising and managing operations staff as needed
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination
    • Partner with Operations and other Gen Mobile departments to align efforts, remove blockers, and accelerate progress on key initiatives. Coordinate schedules and meetings on behalf of the Director of Operations
  • Project Intake & Prioritization
    • Centralize project intake, communication, and follow-up for Operations initiatives. Define and articulate project and program goals to support operational excellence and strategic objectives
  • Process Improvement & Operational Strategy
    • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Support the development of ongoing strategies, launch plans, and initiative-specific tactics
  • Implementation & Execution Support
    • Manage the rollout and execution of new projects, initiatives, and tools. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless implementation and adoption
  • Reporting & Deliverables
    • Track and monitor the progress of multiple projects and programs, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Prepare presentations, materials, templates, and other deliverables for internal and leadership use
  • Other tasks as assigned
    • Assist Gen Mobile leadership team with ad hoc projects and support as needed
