Job Duties and Responsibilities

A Senior Program Manager for Infrastructure/Operations is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Infrastructure IT security projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security programs, including scope, goals, and deliverables
Present status, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate across senior leadership, customers, and IT teams
Develop program governance, executive reports, roadmaps, and full-scale plans in collaboration with IT and business teams
Assemble program teams, manage resource allocation, schedules, meetings, and track deliverables using RAID and other tools
Monitor progress, risks, and issues; provide regular reports with solutions and implement necessary program changes
Oversee evaluations, post-deployment assessments, and ensure program objectives and outputs are met
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years program management experience in Infrastructure, Operations, or Security
8+ years in IT with technical expertise in infrastructure, security, and vendor management
Proven skills in people management, strategic planning, risk, and change management
Proficient in GSuite, Visio, MS Project; PMP certification and advanced degree preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX, SQL, storage, networking, AWS/cloud, and security monitoring tools
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage IT management, development, infrastructure teams, and senior executives
Solid understanding of program management principles, tools, and technical hardware program management techniques
Experience working with Vendor SOWs, RFPs, contracts, and familiarity with IT systems, Agile, and SDLC
Skilled negotiator and facilitator, able to build consensus and manage customer expectations throughout program delivery
Ability to translate business strategies into technical requirements and consult with customers at a business level
Proven leadership in complex IT environments, adaptable to change, with excellent decision-making and presentation abilities

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
