Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize source documentation generated from multiple billing engines and in-place systems to ensure accurate subscriber count extraction while meeting assigned deadlines
- Review and update current systems and tools to ensure a robust and repeatable process for extracting subscriber data is in place
- Aid in managing Programming changes including billing system implementations, network launches, takedowns and package changes for accuracy of subscriber data
- Aid in the audit and maintenance of subscriber reporting. Additionally, backup Pay TV Subscriber Reporting Team as needed
- Perform contract summary reviews to ensure contracts are executed correctly with respect to subscriber reporting
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; plus two years of relevant experience is preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Excel and Access skills and proficiency with database query tools such as Hyperion, Orbit, in addition to MS Office products and Google Suite
- Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- An inquisitive mindset and a willingness to question the status quo are desirable attributes
- High energy, positive attitude, and the desire to learn

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
