Our Wireless Technology team is transforming the future of connectivity by building and enhancing the country’s first virtualized, standalone 5G wireless network from scratch. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and plan interconnection points between networks, ensuring seamless communication and optimal capacity growth

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for interconnection issues, including signal loss and quality concerns

  • Lead negotiations and draft interconnection agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Monitor interconnection performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs to ensure systems are functioning optimally

  • Manage interconnection projects from planning to execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

  • Troubleshoot and analyze voice call traffic using Call Detail Records (CDRs)
  • Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and risk management best practices are followed in interconnection systems


Skills, Experience and Requirements

Experience and Education:

  • 2-6 years of telecommunication and interconnection experience
  • Technical school or Engineering degree preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Networking and telecommunications, project management skills, knowledge of industry regulations
  • Experience with protocols like SIP, TDM, TCPIP, and other networking technologies, including call flows, configuration, and root cause analysis (RCAs)
  • Vendor, carrier management with Peering and TDM partners experience
  • Strong background in VoIP technologies and interconnection billing reconciliation with Call Detail Records (CDRs) and Minutes of Use (MOUs)
  • Integration of wireless technology
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Collaboration and coordination, documentation and reporting
  • Network capacity management and optimization
  • Understanding of traffic engineering, internet access services, and Ethernet services, along with knowledge of telecom industry partners

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $120,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
