The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that inventory is accurately processed and maintained according to organizational standards. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Procurement & Inventory, this position is responsible for kitting inventory, fulfilling orders, processing incoming inventory, and maintaining inventory records. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure adherence to business processes and achievement of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Downloading daily fulfillment orders from Shopify, processing orders, and updating Shopify with tracking information
• Processing dropship orders for the Lifeline program, downloading/generating reports, shipping orders, and updating shipping records with SIM, IMEI, and tracking information
• Completing sales orders from various sales channels, including but not limited to Master Agents, Master Distributors, TSP, Multicarrier doors, and other assigned channels
• Executing daily inventory transactions for all utilized products, ensuring proper account linkage
• Documenting the quantity and type of equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked in the warehouse
• Kitting devices with SIM cards, marketing materials, accessories, and other necessary components
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders by following the quality control process, which may include activating/programming devices and picking/packing orders
• Updating and maintaining sales order, dropship, and e-commerce trackers with accuracy
• Receiving and stocking new inventory, processing returned equipment, and preparing shipments for return to the remanufacturing department per Gen Mobile’s procedures
• Shipping promotional kits and collateral as needed
• Collaborating with other departments on procurement and fulfillment needs
• Performing other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational education is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative
• Proficiency in safely operating warehouse equipment (pallet jack and/or forklift certification preferred)
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), as 50% of the role is computer-based
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
• Bilingual skills are a plus

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
