Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and streamline workflows
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports
- Hold teams accountable for deadlines while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Assist in optimizing workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in project management within a high-volume, fast-paced environment previous creative agency experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management software - Hive experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
- Ability to anticipate challenges, problem-solve, and drive projects to completion
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
