Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Test Data Management experience
- Creates,Support And Executes the Test Data Management services at an organization level.
- Define test data strategy at an organization level.
- Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy.
- Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided.
- Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure and tool vendors to resolve issues.
- Define and advise internal and external standards, methods and procedures for Test Data Management.
- Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Engineering degree with 5 + years of experience in Software Testing in an agile environment.
- Experienced Test Data Management Work Stream Lead to provide overall direction and leadership for the Test Data Management work stream, in addition to hands-on test data management.
- Experience in Test Data Manager tool (Broadcom)
- Experience in test data management tools assessment and
implementation - Experience working with project teams to identify test data requirements based on a test data management process
- Experience provisioning data for multiple teams in multiple environments using automated tools
