Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Regional Training Manager drives continuous performance improvement and oversees training quality, strategy, and deliverables. This role involves managing a team of up to 10 training managers located in contact centers and remote offices globally, who in turn oversee a total of 50+ team members. The Regional Training Manager leverages data analysis to inform people development strategies, manage supplemental training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness for new hire onboarding, role conversion, and targeted curricula. Strong people development, project management, and analytical skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to collaborate with and communicate key insights to stakeholders at all levels, including field management, regional leaders, vendor leadership, and colleagues across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the career and performance development of direct reports, including regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Lead and manage the implementation, execution, and evaluation of all training initiatives within assigned contact centers and lines of business
  • Own and drive key training performance metrics, such as agent comprehension, experience, and post-training performance, for assigned areas of responsibility
  • Collaborate closely with CXO Training Creation, Performance Optimization, Operations, and site leadership to develop and implement effective training and leadership development strategies
  • Leverages performance management systems and tools to effectively manage teams and drive results
  • Accurately estimate the scope and complexity of programs and projects, set clear objectives and goals, and break down work into manageable steps
  • Analyze data, identify key findings, and create compelling narratives to communicate insights and influence decision-making
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring process for new training staff members
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve training programs, materials, and operational processes based on observations, feedback, and data analysis
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 25% of the time

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 4+ years of management experience, preferably in a training or call center environment
  • Experience with employment development, remote team management, and call center operations is highly desirable

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of advanced training methodologies, adult learning theory, and evaluation processes
  • Proven ability to independently analyze and solve complex problems, take initiative, and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and adapt quickly to changing needs and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present information to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends, develop strategic plans, and articulate a compelling vision for the future

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
