Job Duties and Responsibilities
Staff AWS Engineer sought by DISH Wireless L.L.C. in Littleton, CO
As part of the DISH Wireless System Integration Team, the Staff AWS Engineer will join a
team of passionate engineers with start-up spirit to deploy and debug DISH’s standalone 5G network. This team focuses on the deployment of our 5G core powered by Nokia and Mavenir. This team is an operational team working in a live production environment, utilizing CI/CD operations in order to test, debug, and deploy solutions live.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or similar role working with virtualized containerized architectures. Must have 5 years experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Kubernetes;
- Docker; VMWare; Infrastructure-as-Code concepts;
- Vault, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform; DevOps concepts and lifecycle;
- System and Integration, requirement and analysis, and process implementation
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $161,158.00/Year
