Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Merchandising Operations Analyst Coordinator is responsible for leading the analytics for all the merchandising dimensions at Boost, including Indirect Merchandising, National Retail and Merchandising swag initiatives. This role will help to drive critical decisions through the reports created to each personalized request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes merchandising data for projects and initiatives to support business decisions.
- Tracks key business metrics to ensure goals are on target.
- Assists with invoice management by working closely with the finance team.
- Communicates with vendors to improve service and collaboration on projects.
- Updates and maintains calendars to coordinate quarterly activities across merchandising teams.
- Supports the roll-out of change initiatives, team events, and offsite activities.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years Channel Merchandising or Marketing Communication experience or similar role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on data-driven approaches.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Brand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Legal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with Google Suite and Gmail is a plus.
- Initiative to suggest process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Project management experience and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines are highly valued.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
