Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and timely assistance to employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries
- Assist employees and managers with navigating payroll and timekeeping software
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution of reported issues
- Complete employment verifications
- Manage incoming mail, email and phone calls
- Document employee interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
- Work closely with Human Resources team members on cross functional issues and requests to ensure the best possible employee experience
- Assist with daily tasks and payroll processes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness/desire to learn
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $20.00/Hour - $22.74/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
