Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage performance in a designated territory, including Beaumont, TX, and parts of Louisiana (Lake Charles, Lafayette, and Alexandria). In this role, you'll work with retail store owners to optimize business operations, ensure compliance, and provide sales training and coaching. Responsibilities include project management, team leadership, and building relationships with external partners, internal teams, and vendors. As the main contact for retail stores, you'll be a trusted resource for resolving issues and supporting partners to drive superior performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within your territory 4-5 days a week to visit assigned locations.
  • Provide coaching and training through role plays and side-by-side selling with sales reps.
  • Drive marketing campaigns and assess retail store performance.
  • Make daily calls to stores to boost sales and manage customer escalations.
  • Ensure Boost brand standards are maintained across all stores.
  • Identify new retail locations using local knowledge and real estate contacts.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
  • 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • 3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
  • 1+ years selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with three years of driving history, completed driver’s safety training, and compliance with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy.
  • Experience in contract or vendor relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing quick solutions for escalations.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide sales and marketing counseling, working well individually and in teams.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $70,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
