Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a Digital Journey Orchestration & Owned Media Expert with deep digital marketing expertise. This role will effectively communicate to internal stakeholders and clients as well as within the digital center of excellence. This is a high visibility role, across the Digital Center of Excellence team and throughout the enterprise, perfect for an independent self-starter who is driven by process improvements, project management, results, client and team experience and passionate about the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic planning and execution of Journey Orchestration, Owned Media, and Personalization projects and campaigns from inception to final product, ensuring smooth and effective workflows, meeting established deadlines, continuously improving and reporting on performance; oversee and manage Email Operations/Development Team
  • Responsible for leading the strategy and success of clients' owned media campaigns (e.g., email, SMS, push notifications) and journey orchestration across all digital tactics by providing thought leadership
  • Measure, analyze and incorporate behavioral data for optimizing send and campaign performance to inform crafting of  integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business; develop a keen understanding of profitable customer profiles for all lines of business and how to effectively acquire them via digital tactics through sophisticated targeting, analytics and attribution
  • Drive omni-channel Digital Marketing journey orchestration across paid and owned media to drive profitability and acquisitions through close alignment with internal business and technology partners
  • Effectively seek out and share opportunities for conversion improvement and testing opportunities throughout the digital team and broader marketing organization
  • Be a liaison with other internal teams, leveraging excellence client services skills, throughout the organization to understand the scope and requirements for new or ongoing projects then summarize and communicate that to the digital center of excellence

Skills, Experience and Requirements

 

Education:  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field

 

Experience:  8+ years of relevant work experience doing email/journey strategy, implementation and execution ideally within a digital marketing focused team, agency or organization

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of journey orchestration tools, CDP (customer data platform), segmentation, attribution/measurement,  e-commerce and ad ops (shopify, tealium, adobe, pixels, etc.)
  • Digital media strategy, and media planning and/or buying a plus
  • Ability to become an expert in our business while demonstrating a deep, functional understanding of digital marketing practices, strategy, tactics, platforms and creative
  • CRM experience is a must; Familiarity with HTML is a plus; Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Track record of delivering results through efficient project management, communication and client services; Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills; In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Passion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends

Salary Range

Compensation: $115,500.00/Year - $165,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
